Job Description

You will be a subject matter expert in Labour Law,Factories Act, Contracts Labour  Act (CLRA),, etc. You will use this knowledge in supporting  the  implementation of cloud based Statutory compliance solution to clients pan India. You will train the clients in the usage of the solution, answer queries on how to fulfill the compliance requirements and address the clients needs in case of any customization. In the long run you will be responsible for a set of key accounts whom you will guide and support for fulfillment of statutory compliance.  


Desired profile

Qualification 

·         Any Graduate – ideal if having IT technical qualification
·         Best if candidate having additional  Degree / Diploma in Labour Law.

 Experience

5 + years experience in handling various Compliance like Factories Act, Contract Labour Act (CLRA), Labour Law

Skills

·         Provide subject matter guidance to the team and the client Factories Act Contract Labour Act (CLRA). Must have basic understanding of Labour Law.

·         Hands on experience in working in ERP / CRM / cloud based solutions

·         Ability to mentor and train people is using software solutions as mentioned above

·         Excellent Relationship  / networking capability

·         Excellent communication skills  in English & Local Language
