Job Description

The incumbent of this position will have the following responsibilities

·         Responsible for the safe and disciplined function of the Security Guards
·         Secure the perimeter of the manufacturing unit
·         Responsible for the security within the unit which involves planning, deploying and managing a team of security personnel
·         To ensure the unit is well monitored and secured to ensure safety of people, equipment and property
·         Ensure no theft of materials from the unit
·         Properly monitor the movement of men and materials in and out of the unit
·         Capable of executing Emergency Procedures, Evacuation & Fire Drill
·         Maintain good relationship with local police department
·         Implement strategy to ensure above security objectives of the company


Desired profile

·         Candidate should be of a reasonable raking officer from the armed forces or the police department
·         Must be a disciplinarian
·         Must exhibit leadership
·         Must be good in people management
·         Must be in good physical health

·         CAD: 2D drafting, 3D modelling, Assembly
