manufacturing unit in Chennai in collaboration with a Korean giant to be the
first to produce wet brake, wet clutch system, Friction Disc etc. for automobile
& heavy vehicle industry. They are quality driven company and have a

kind of requirement and yet small enough to give personalized attention to
address the customized needs of the client. They are expanding production and
are having aggressive plans for growth.
Qualification – Ex- Servicesmen from the Armed forces
Experience – Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a
Manufacturing Unit
Job
Description
The
incumbent of this position will have the following responsibilities
·
Responsible
for the safe and disciplined function of the Security Guards
·
Secure
the perimeter of the manufacturing unit
·
Responsible
for the security within the unit which involves planning, deploying and
managing a team of security personnel
·
To
ensure the unit is well monitored and secured to ensure safety of people,
equipment and property
·
Ensure
no theft of materials from the unit
·
Properly
monitor the movement of men and materials in and out of the unit
·
Capable
of executing Emergency Procedures, Evacuation & Fire Drill
·
Maintain
good relationship with local police department
·
Implement
strategy to ensure above security objectives of the company
Desired
profile
·
Candidate
should be of a reasonable raking officer from the armed forces or the police
department
·
Must
be a disciplinarian
·
Must
exhibit leadership
·
Must
be good in people management
·
Must
be in good physical health
