Job Responsibilities

·         Manage day to day accounting functions of the group entities

·         Review GL and ensures proper accounting of TDS, TCS, GST, Asset and Forex.

·         Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Bank, Term loan and working Capital Loan account, Buyers credit.

·         Reconciliation of Stock from multiple units

·         Inter Company Accounting and reconciliation

·         Conduct Internal Audit process

·         Coordinate with Statutory Auditors

·         Preparation of Plant wise Monthly/ Quarterly Yearly MIS, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss accounts and Balance sheet.

·         Prepare the financials as per the standard of SEBI

·         Ensure accounting standards being followed and compliances are accurately followed

·         Finalize books of account on time for all the entities. 

Desired Profile 

Qualification : Preferably CA 

Experience : 5+ Yrs Experience / 3+ yrs post qualification Experience, preferably from Manufacturing sector 

Desired Skills

Candidate should have hands on experience in the below mentioned functions

 

·         Accounting: AP,AR,GL,BRS

·         P & L , Finalization

·         Banking: Term Loan; Working Capital Loan; Forex;

·         Internal Audit & Statutory Audit

·         Taxation: GST & TDS

·         MIS – Strong working knowledge in Advance Excel

·         Preferably with working knowledge of SAP T-Codes

·         Computer & internet Savvy

Job Description 

You will be responsible for the end to end operations activity of a business incubator where the core competency needed will be Marketing where you will engage in campaigns to build the brand, increase attention & response for business incubation, drive digital marketing efforts,event management,etc. You will be working closely with all stakeholders and the management to ensure smooth operations of the incubator. This will involve building funnels of prospective applicants, managing, application, support to incubate, MIS,,etc. 

Desired Profile 

Qualification – Graduate from a reputed School / University, MBA would be an added advantage 

Experience – 3+ years , preferably from incubation activities. 

Responsibilities 

·         Admission Mgmt – receiving incubation application and coordinating with team and hand hold the process end to end  till allotment of incubator admission.

·         Marketing – engage in campaigns to build the brand, increase attention & response

·         Event Management – periodically conducting various event, engaging with all stake holders to ensure the success of the event.

·         Social Media – developing collaterals for the social media and ensuring successful broadcast of the same ,build organic followers, etc.

·         Ensure full support is given to the incubate and coordinate with other departments to address all his needs

·         Funnels – ensure build-up of prospects for the incubator

·         MIS – Generate reports periodically as per internal needs and ensure systematic data up-gradation 

Skills 

·         Excellent written and spoken skills in English, Best if having Spoken Hindi

·         Should have good presentation skills

·         Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach

·         Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution

·         Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
