Job Description
You will be engaged in coordinating all
activities of the department where you will be responsible for handling Recruitment,
on-barding, induction, MIS, corporate office coordination, etc.

Desired
Profile
Qualification - Any Arts Degree,
Best if MBA in HR / Diploma in Law
Experience – 1 to 3 years
experience in similar capacity
Desired Skills
·
Ability
to handle the recruitment cycle for various non technical positions
·
Basic
understanding of statutory compliance like Shops Act, ESI, PF, Labour Law
·
MUST
have Excellent skill in Excel sheet like ,IF conditions, V Lookup , H Lookup,
Pivot tables, etc
·
Excellent
written and spoken skills in English, Best if having Spoken Tamil also
·
Strong
skills in relationship management
·
Multi-tasking
& coordination capability
·
Tamil
Speaking candidates most preferred
