Job Description

You will assist the GDM-HR in all the HR activities at the corporate office having Branch offices pan India. . You will function as  a generalist and hence will be responsible for Recruitment( a key activity),Employee Engagements, Payroll, Statutory compliance, Organization development, etc. You will engage in the best of HR practices .

Desired Profile

Qualification – Any Degree, preferably with MBA / MSW in HR

Experience -  5 to  yrs in similar position, MUST be from  IT industry

Desired Skills
·         Good Exposure to the entire Life Cycle of Recruitment
·         Strong understanding of HR concepts & practices
·         Ability to handle Employee Engagements, Interventions, Training & Development, Performance Management
·         Hands on experience in payroll processing
·         Exposure to Statutory compliance activities: ESI,PF,Labour Law,CLRA,Shops & Estalishment Act
·         Good skills in general admin activities like vendor management, facility management, housekeeping, etc.
·         Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and lead from the front.
·         Must  have excellent spoken & written communication skill in English and  Local language

Qualification – Any Degree preferably  MBA / PGDBM in HR

Experience – 5 + years of experience  with good exposure to all functions of HR

Job Responsibility

·      Organize to recruit, retain and develop the right people and to ensure that the overall workforce capability and capacity is at an optimal level in regards to the strategic goals
·      Develops and implements a local HR strategy based on the Global HR Strategy
·      Develops job descriptions  and success maps for new roles and ensures that job descriptions exist for current jobs and are constantly updated
·      Familiar with Local Labour laws and Statutory compliances 
·      Develops the role of a mediator in the organization in case of disputes between staff
·      Develops a local leadership development program in line with the corporate programs and in cooperation with Global HR as prerequisite for a promotion to a management role and ensures managers have been trained in the areas of minimum requirements for training for managers
·      Responsible for vendor and travel management
·      Generate  HR reports as per the business requirements.

Desired Profile

·         Technical Competence: Good knowledge and experience of over  5 years in employment law, personnel development, organizational planning & development, recruitment and training from an international company, Degree in Human Resources preferable

About The Job

You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) between client and product team where in you will coordinate the on boarding of client and help client make us of the platform efficiently. You will address the pain points / issues that the client is facing post implementation. You will ensure quick resolution of issues to bring about customer satisfaction. You will address the client’s needs for customization and coordinate with production team for quick fulfilment.

Desired Profile

Qualification: BE in CSE / ECE / EEE / BE printing  

Experience: 2+ years in similar role

Desired Skills

·         Ability to hand hold customers  for  On-boarding of SAAS solution
·         Capable of liaising with clients on a day to day basis and address his usage issues within the given Turn Around Time (TAT)
·         Guide end users in using the product to bring about optimum utilization in producing content
·         Collecting customization requirement and working with production team to ensure quick fulfilment
