Senior HR & Administration Associate

Our client is a German MNC who has been into Logistics for the past 165 years. They cater to integrated logistics of Air, Sea & Supply chain Management etc. The global. shared  services for 160 global offices are delivered from India.
  
Qualification – Any Degree preferably  MBA / PGDBM in HR

Experience – 5 + years of experience  with good exposure to all functions of HR

Job Responsibility

·      Organize to recruit, retain and develop the right people and to ensure that the overall workforce capability and capacity is at an optimal level in regards to the strategic goals
·      Develops and implements a local HR strategy based on the Global HR Strategy
·      Develops job descriptions  and success maps for new roles and ensures that job descriptions exist for current jobs and are constantly updated
·      Familiar with Local Labour laws and Statutory compliances 
·      Develops the role of a mediator in the organization in case of disputes between staff
·      Develops a local leadership development program in line with the corporate programs and in cooperation with Global HR as prerequisite for a promotion to a management role and ensures managers have been trained in the areas of minimum requirements for training for managers
·      Responsible for vendor and travel management
·      Generate  HR reports as per the business requirements.

Desired Profile

·         Technical Competence: Good knowledge and experience of over  5 years in employment law, personnel development, organizational planning & development, recruitment and training from an international company, Degree in Human Resources preferable
·         Language skills: Very good English skills
·         Shows interest in the development of the company results as well as has an understanding of the processes
·         Personality: passionate, empathetic, decisive, humble, willing to listen, reflect, learn and grow, courageous, ethical, inspiring, resilient, creative, can do attitude, balances power and responsibility, reliable, accountable, visionary
·         Entrepreneurial capability: Ability to: Spot & seize opportunities, inspire & convince others, focus on customers, act cost conscious, think strategically & appreciate long-term development, show holistic & corporate approach, go into detail when necessary, negotiate
·         Functional & general competence: Able to deal with complexity, applicable functional expertise, required language skills, good understanding of finance, readiness to learn, digital affinity
·         Communications Skills: Skilled in communicating with a broad spectrum of people. Skilled in communicating at all levels of management and builds trust quickly and confidently. Has an open and inclusive style and constructively participates in meetings. Good listening skills. Mediation skills.
·         Intercultural awareness: Is aware of the differences between cultures and has demonstrated ability to deal with intercultural teams
