Description 

Job requires that the person should telephonically  interact with decision makers & others in companies located in South India for prospecting & selling Statutory compliance  solutions to corporate , MNC & large manufacturing units. Calls for qualifying leads, building funnels and convert into fruitful business. 

Desired Candidate profile 

Qualification -  Any Degree, MBA would be a nice to have 

Experience – 10 + Yrs in Solution  Sales / concept selling / software sales / Corporate Sales 

Desired Skills 

• 10 yrs experience in Solution  Sales / concept selling / software sales
• Excellent Sales Attitude.
• Fluency in English & Local language ,Good if speaking  Hindi
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skill
• Ability to work individually and in a group
• Quick on feet and self-starter

Job Description 

You will be a subject matter expert in Labour Law .  You will guide and provide leadership in Labour Law matters for internal team and external clients. You will engage in internal training, policy formation, SOP, etc. to ensure the proper functioning of the statutory compliance officers / Managers located at various Pan India locations . You will appear for hearings  & disputes related to Labour Law. You will engage in knowledge updates to the in-house team and conduct seminars and workshops . You will build the reference digital library with constant updates. 

Job Location – Madurai 

Desired profile 

Qualification – LLB 

Experience - 15 + years experience in handling Statutory Compliance from corporate office 

Desired Skills

·         Handle Queries and Offer consultation to internal and external clients, within the agreed time-frame.

·         Enable capacity building of individuals and groups of persons on labour law, through coaching, mentoring, organising and facilitating internal and external learning events.

·         Organise and facilitate seminars, conferences, workshops and conclaves.

·         Design and execute e-learning-cum-contact programmes/events.

·         Promote advocacy and policy influencing initiatives, for greater labour reforms.

·         Collaborate with academic and research entities and facilitate research studies.

·         Capacity building exercise through articles, booklets and books.

·         Maintain the current library user-friendly and transit the same in to a full-fledged multi-media resource centre.

·         Facilitate to update/upgrade the web-based knowledge management portal.

·         Accomplish internal and external compliance audits on labour law, as per the agreed procedure and time-line (on special request)

·         Coordinate and follow-up legal matters and court cases

·         Ensure conformity with the established and documented quality management system, standards/requirements and strive for continual improvement, in all realm of knowledge management services.
