Job Description
You will be responsible for the
end to end operations activity of a business incubator. The core competency
needed will be Marketing where you will engage in brand building campaigns
& activities, increase attention & response for business incubation, strategize
& drive digital marketing efforts, event management, etc. You will be
working closely with all stakeholders and the management to ensure smooth
operations of the incubator. This will involve building funnels of prospective
applicants, managing, application, support to incubate, MIS,,etc.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Graduate
from a reputed School / University, MBA would be an added advantage
Experience – 3+
years relevant experience in Branding & digital marketing .
Responsibilities
·
Branding – engage in campaigns to build the
brand, increase attention & response.
·
Digital Marketing – create a digital
marketing strategy, implement & ensure positive yield
·
Social Media – developing collaterals for the
social media and ensuring successful broadcast of the same ,build organic
followers, etc.
·
Event Management – periodically conducting
various event, engaging with all stake holders to ensure the success of the
event.
·
Admission Mgmt – receiving incubation
application and coordinating with team and hand hold the process end to
end till allotment of incubator admission.
·
Ensure full support is given to the incubatee
and coordinate with other departments to address all his needs
·
Funnels – ensure build-up of prospects for
the incubator
·
MIS – Generate reports periodically as per
internal needs and ensure systematic data up-gradation
Desired Skills
·
Strong exposure to branding and digital
marketing activities.
·
Excellent written and spoken skills in
English, Best if having Spoken Hindi
·
Should have good presentation skills
·
Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office
– especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and
constructive approach
·
Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a
keen eye on planning and execution
·
Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and
positive attitude
