Job Description:

You will be responsible for the accounting activities of the Head Office and the various branch offices. You will be responsible for end to end activities of the accounts department from book keeping upto finalization ,statutory compliance, payroll, finance, banking, export/import , Auditing, etc. You would be providing leadership and direction to the accounts dept team.

Desired Profile

Qualifications  - Any degree, preferably B.Com ( Nice if you have a PG in finance)

Experience – 12 + years with competency in handling Core Accounts and Finance matters

Desired Skills

Candidate should have the ability to handle the below mentioned functions
       ·         Ability to Maintain  a robust accounting system confirming to industry standards, following SOP
·         Monthly Accounts closing and preparing the P & L, Balance Sheet
       ·         Strong in fund flow management: planning & forecasting for receivables/payables/working capital, Cash flow etc..
·         Payroll Processing of HO  and branch employees & statutory deductions of ESI,PF,PT,TDS,etc.
·         Preparation of Budget, Analyzing the Actuals and Variances reports
·         Bank Reconciliation of all branches as well as HO
·         Exposure to Banking activities  – Credit Facilities,Commercial Borrowings, BG,LC,Forex, CC, CMA report, QIS Report
·         Administration of  branch stock  and preparation of Monthly/qtr/annual stock statements
·         Filing of Income Tax, TDS, service tax, VAT, CST on monthly basis.
·         Ability to monitor, direct and provide leadership to the accounts dept team and ensure they perform upto expected level.
·         Engage with statutory auditors & support GM in smoothly closing annual accounts.
