Job Profile

You will be responsible for the pan India management of estates, commercial and residential properties of the group. This will entail prompt upkeep, maintaining proper documentation, agreements, etc. You will  be a subject matter expert in real estate matters and hence vetting legal aspects,  handling legal issues of the properties and guiding the management on these issues will be a key task.  You will also be responsible for revenue and expenses related to the property, office assets, inventory etc.

Qualifications

Any degree, preferably LLB or any Legal qualification is desirable .

Experience

20 + years with subject matter expertise in  Estate / property Management & its legalities

·         Must have hands on Experience in handling Property  Administration: Estates, Commercial, Residential, etc. at pan India level.
