Job Description

You will be a subject matter expert in Factories Act and Labour Law. You will be responsible for fulfilling statutory compliance of existing clients & new projects in and around Bangalore. You wil manage a small team. You will foster good client relationship and guide them in Factories Act compliance matters and ensure proper compliance fulfillment. You will send monthly MIS reports to HO on these activities.

Job Location – Bangalore

Desired profile

Qualification - Any Graduate - Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA in Labour Law.

Experience - 8+ years experience in handling Statutory Compliance in Factories Act

Desired Skills
·         Strong exposure to Factories Act compliance matters with basic knowledge in CLRA
·         Exposure to Payroll and Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PT, etc
·         Good Team management and leadership ability

The person in this position will be handling business development of Eco friendly food waste disposal products. Your objective will be to identify & appoint  channel partners like interior decorators, hardware dealers, etc. across Tamil Nadu and work with them closely to get business leads from projects that they are involved in. You will   position suitable solution and help the partner for to commercial closure. You will be supported by a technical team specializing in Bio-degradable solutions. You will report to the General Manager who will guide and work with you.  

Desired Profile

Qualification: Any Degree, MBA in marketing preferred

Experience: FRESHERS to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Identify and establish a strong chain of channel partner in the major cities of Tamil Nadu
·         Enable the partner to understand the products and position the right solution to end client.
