Job Profile
The
role entails identifying and building relationships with corporates, with the
objective of securing assignments for customized learning interventions. These
interventions will be customized based on learning objectives identified by
customers and delivered by relevant faculty identified for the modules. The
Engagement Manager is expected to build relationships through dialogue,
determine leadership and development needs in corporate entities in Andhra
& Telangana and help deliver these customized learning initiatives. The
incumbent is expected to coordinate with
faculty and clients. He will be good at relationships building and
negotiations .
Desired Profile
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Management is Preferable
Experience: 6+ years of
practical marketing & Sales experience. Best if from L & D industry

opportunities and build funnels
· Showcase to the clients the institutes abilities in delivering
quality interventions
· Size the opportunity, pitch for the same and close the requirement

· Coordinate
with program delivery
team and ensure client satisfaction is achieved in the engagement.
