client is a 20 year old unit having vast experience in developing Special
Purpose Machines for the public sector Units. They have massive projects from
Pan India location.
Job
Profile
You will be heading the Tool room and will be
responsible for the tool room resource & manpower. You should drive the
team for technical precision and excellence and should ensure that delivery of
product as per the agreed schedule. You will part of the Cross Function Team
(CFT) for new product development (NPD) and will engage in many projects
predominantly from Public sector.

Profile
Qualifications: BE / Diploma
Mechanical / NTTF
Experiences: 8 Years in
responsible position – Preferably heading a Tool Room

Skills

Sound knowledge in
making & maintenance of all types of Dies, Tools & moulds
·
Spearhead New Product
Development (NPD) as per customer drawing & solid models
·
Develop all projects
according to customer specifications and ensured customer satisfaction
·
Consistently improve
productivity without compromising on quality
·
Ensuring maintenance
of spare parts in adherence to set quality standards by the company
·
Steer efforts
towards Preventive & Breakdown
maintenance
·
Having outstanding
knowledge of tool room procedures and operations
·
Ability to analyze
situations and provide solutions
·
Good exposure to
manufacturing process: Press Shop, Machine Shop, Fabrication
·
Exposure to development of tools for Special Purpose
Machines (SPM)
·
Ability to coordinate
with project and design teams and resolve all technical issues
·
Hands on knowledge in Autocad
/3D – Pro – E/ Unigraphics / Solid works
·
Good Man Management skills
