Our client designs and builds highly engineered products for Automotive, Aeronautic, Hydraulic and Security applications having manufacturing facilities in Europe and in 4 locations in India in-order to meet customers' exacting requirements across 6 continents. The facility in Chennai has expertise in producing High Si-Mo automotive components and is certified to the highest quality standards specified by the Automotive Industry.

Qualification -   BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy

Experience - 8 + years of Experience in similar capacity 

Desired Profile

·         Maintenance of GDC , PDC dies

·         Preventive and periodic maintenance of core box, GDC & PDC dies

·         Maintaining Die History card as per TS norms

·         Knowledge in preparing  the list of spares for dies

·         Basic knowledge in procurement of spares

·         Experience in handling the vendors who are supplying spares

·         Active role in giving input for new die mfg

·         Standardization of spares / parts

·         Minor repairing of the dies using in house facilities

·         Understanding die drawings / models etc
