Job
Description
You will be a subject matter expert in Factories
Act and Contracts Labour Act (CLRA). You
will be responsible for fulfilling statutory compliance of existing clients
& new projects in and around Bhadrachalam & surrounding districts. You
will foster good client relationship and guide them in all statutory compliance
matters. You will provide leadership & direction for a team of Jr. / Sr. compliance
executives located at various client sites and must ensure proper compliance
fulfillment. You will send monthly MIS reports to HO on these activities. You
will also handle client expansion in the given region.
Desired
profile
Qualification
Any
Graduate - Best if having Degree / Diploma / MBA in Labour Law.
Experience
7
+ years experience in handling various Compliance like Factories Act, Contract
Labour Act (CLRA), Labour Law
Skills
·
Provide
subject matter guidance to the team and the client Factories Act Contract
Labour Act (CLRA). Must have basic understanding of Labour Law.

Excellent
Relationship / networking capability
·
Ability
to lead the team from the front & ensure prompt fulfillment

Excellent
communication skills in English &
Local Language
·
Computer
Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage.

Should
be prepared to travel in the assigned business region
