Description
You will be responsible for statutory compliance matters relating to Factories Act. . Hence you
will be required to know the various forms needed related to the act so as to
ensure the clients factory is complying to all statutory requirements. Some basic knowledge in Labour Law, Factories Act
, ESI,PF,PT,etc. will be good as they
will mould you into a subject matter expert. Inclination to learn statutory
subject matter is important for this job as client will train you as well.

Experience – 1 to 3 years
Qualification - Any Graduate, Best
if having LLB or Diploma in Labour Law
Desire Skills
Conversant
with 2 or more of the following Statutory compliance (Preferably Factories Act)

to deal with govt. officials like Labour officers / Inspectors, etc.

Good
communication in English & Local Language. Good to have Hindi speaking
skills
·
Hands
on knowledge in using MS office & Excel
·
Good
in using Internet
