Job Description

You  will be responsible for fulfilling statutory compliance for clients in the given territory.  Hence you will expected to be a subject matter expert in Labour Law and allied Laws Like Factories Act, CLRA, Shop & Establishments Act, BoCW Act, etc. You will be responsible for a team of  Jr. compliance executives at various client locations and must ensure proper monthly statutory compliance fulfillment and send monthly MIS reports to HO on these activities.   Must be able to  foster good client relationship , resource monitoring and enhancing business opportunities by harvesting the existing accounts.


Desired profile

Qualification

Any Graduate with excellent exposure to  Labour law. Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA  in Labour Law.

Experience

10 + years experience in handling various Statutory Compliance

Skills

·         Subject matter expert in  Labour Law, Shop & Establishments Act, Factory Act, CLRA,  Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), PF,ESI,

·         Excellent Relationship  / networking capability

Experience - 12 + years experience in NPD of machined components

Skills

·         Must have strong exposure to New Product development of machined  components & reasonable experience in Press Shop in Auto Industry
·         Excellent ability to Interact with Customers /Marketing / Production, etc
·         Exhibit Technical competency and project management capabilities while working with cross function team
·         Establish Design Validation & Process Validation
·         Ensure TS 16949 procedures
·         Arrive at sample delivery (Proto, PAP) and Validation plan to meet customer milestones.
·         Arrive at Quality plan for parts approved by customer 
·         Drive cost reduction through efficient Design &  break through ideas
·         Identify cost effect & quality Vendors for procurement of raw materials
·         Monitor Gross margin of the project.
