Desired Profile

Qualification – Any Degree, Best if having SAP certification

Experience -  4+ years in similar capacity

Skills Set

·         Excellent HR domain knowledge
·         Hands on Experience in Identifying and analyzing existing business process/requirements & Map to SAP HR / HCM Module
·         Exposed to full life cycle Implementations and Support projects
·         Must have strong functional knowledge in
o    Organizational Management (O M)
o    Personnel Administration (PA)
o    Time Management (TM)
o    Payroll, (PY)  / Compensation Management
·         Must be Well-versed in ASAP methodology, analyzing AS IS process and how TO BE in terms of SAP.
·         Involved in Unit testing, Integration and User acceptance test (UAT) and documented.
·         Possess good interpersonal skills & analytical skills.
·         Ability to work in both independent and team environments
·         Good spoken & written communication skills in English is essential
