education sector for enabling e-learning in the class, other wise know as smart
class solutions. Further, they are also engaged in the supply of automation
products like smart boards, LCD projectors, LED panels, etc to the Corporate
& education industry.

Job Description
The job involves training internal employees and external
customers. The coach / trainer need to train the internal employees as part of
organizational development and train the teachers/professors of educational
institutions on using technology inside the class room.
- Understanding training needs of
clients
- Planning, training schedule for internal
and external training
- Coordinating with the clients for the
training schedule
- Delivering training program as per the schedule
- Provide timely feedback to
trainees and clients
- Building and maintaining
relationship with the clients
- Submitting training report on time
- Developing training modules based on the requirement.
Desired Profile
a. Qualification : Any degree
b. Experience : 2+ year experience
as trainer
c.
Skills:
·
Should be a Graduate or Post
Graduate in any discipline.
·
Open and clear communicator
·
Should have good communication
skills in English
·
Should have experience in
training/ teaching / addressing large crowd.
·
Should have basic knowledge in
technology
·
Should be willing to travel to
clients place to conduct training program
·
Should have class room management
skills
