The institute is professionally managed and  sports  a corporate working culture.  It is patronized by many large Corporate groups as a regular picking ground for quality resource for top managerial positions.

Job profile

You will be part of the Learning & development team and will play a pivotal role in coordinating with all stakeholders namely, corporate clients, in-house sales team, teaching faculty, logistics, catering, Admin, accounts, etc.  Corporate clients will engage with the institute for On-Campus learning and development programs for their employees who will predominantly  be from mid   & Senior level management executives.  Each program will be handled like a project. You will be engaged in these projects end to end i.e. from supporting sales team in presentation to facilitating all inputs for the program from logistics, guest accommodation, food, learning  materials, class room arrangements, teaching staff, assessment, expenses management, Client Invoicing etc.  Hence, your role will be vital  in ensuring a positive client experience.

Desired Profile

Qualification  - Any Bachelor Degree

Experience – 4+ Yrs  in the area of  Coordination / Operations / Client Relationship

Other Requirements

• Has a positive attitude & is goal oriented
• Attention to detail is a must

• Comfortable using social media platforms
• At ease with budget limitations, deadlines, crisis management and high-pressure situations
• Ability to multitask, lead without authority, and learn new technologies and concepts quickly
• Willingness to stay on campus during program delivery

Note:

·         This position is for Male candidates due to the nature of work
·         Candidates must be living  in Southern parts of Chennai or willing to relocate to the same. Candidates willing to relocate close to campus will be most preferred.
