Job Profile
You will be responsible for
the general administration activities of the corporate office with focus
on areas as explained in the desired skills listed below. You will be be
reporting to the HR manager.

Education
– Any Degree
Experience
- 1 - 3
Years of experience in General office administration
Desired Skills
·
Travel - Ability to efficiently organize Tickets, accomodation
& cab arrangements
·
Stationeries – Ensure All
sationery requirements are organized with quality vendors with an eye on cost
·
Housekeeping – ensure the
office is propertly maintained and all facilties are working properly
·
Medical Insurance - Ability to handle all quiries regarding
Medical insurance, interact with TPA to ensure timely support during emergencies
and medical needs of the staff
·
Must be Computer Savvy –
strong in MS word, Excel,powerpoint , etc.
·
Excellent spoken & Written communication in English
and local language (Speaking)
·
Ability to multi-task
