Associate Director – Corporate Engagement ; End to End Training Operations for B School

Job Description

You will take on the responsibility of handling all activities pertaining to the delivery of Corporate training programs : venue, faculty, content, study materials, Quality Audit, feedback, Branding,Logistics,travel, etc..

·         Undertake the responsibility of independently handling the operations and delivery aspects of periodical & customized Programs that the Corporate Engagement Department of the Institute will conceptualize with various clients.
·         Manage aspects related to venue, vendors and faculty which will include the following :
o    Venue  – inspection of venues to identify the most suitable venue for the program to be delivered, blocking venue, documentation like contract note etc. for booking venue, taking the necessary clearance from internal leaders and sharing the requirement to the service provider inputs on seating, teaching and training aids, registration desk, hospitalities details and timings, seating arrangement, use of business center etc.
o    faculty management – contract note, remuneration, stay arrangements, hospitalities, cab logistics and collaterals
o    manage the branding and external relations team for generating press note / releases,  manage  IT support and CRM
o    raise invoice to the participating companies / delegates with the help of the GL finance department, monitor receivables
o    proof read the bills raised by service provider, settle bills payable within the time frame that is decided. 
·         Roll out the training as per the training calendar
·         Have an understanding of the audience requirement and ensuring the program delivery quality meet the quality standards for the products designed. 
·         Desired faculty feedback rating for the program delivery should be equal or greater than 4.25 out of 5.
·         Ensure quality audits for program delivery to ensure that there is no slippage
·         Amend and revise program delivery metrics as necessary to adapt to the changes in the work environment.
·         Manage documentation for each program which will include the following :
o    study material / resource management – reading materials, simulations & cases, articles, slides, customization tools,
o    LMS management – software implementation, enrollments, populating the LMS with training content
o    participant management and participant feedback (qualitative and quantitative) - The individual will be required to sit-through some of the modules / programs to monitor the delivery aspects.
·         Training deployment will be based on the training calendar drawn by the CI department and approved by the Director. 
·         Would result in approximately 12-15 days of training delivery per month. 
·         Monitor the progress of participants through discussion with HR managers.  Co-ordinate with the HR managers of clients regarding Applied Learning processes like assignments,  individualized development plan, projects
·         Making and maintaining training related details and formats that will include cost of delivery for each training program and keep within the budgets
·         He / she will work closely with the Front ending team of CE lead by Director Corporate Engagement Assist in design and development of Development training programs
 

·         PG Qualification in Management or related field.  7-10 years of experience in independently handling high profile customers / corporate clients.  Ideal candidate would be somebody has worked in an education environment but managing facilities and liaising with clients.
·         Project / Program management skills. Ability to work independently and/or with a small team
·         Must be highly organized and detail oriented.  Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing work load. 
·         Knowledge of MS Office.
·         Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers.   Be able to work in a matrix organization.
·         Ability and willing to learn new tasks quickly
