The
incumbent will be assisting the admission manager for all activities related to
the PGDBM programs conducted by the institute.
This will involve the following.

Admission
activities
o
Coordinating
marketing initiatives for attracting applicants for the program
o
Collaterals
for the program
o
Web
site update & online applications
o
Application
validating, processing, Rank list, wait list, call letter & seat allotment
·
Fee
Collection
·
Time
table for the PGDBM programs
·
Availability
of Course materials
·
Periodical
tests and examination schedules
·
Prompt
release of grades of students
·
Seminars
and Symposiums
·
Teaching
faculty coordination
·
MIS
& Feedback
Note : This position calls
for the incumbent to stay at the campus for few days in a quarter during the
admission period to facilitate the above coordination.
Desired
Profile
·
Educational
Qualification Any Degree, preferably MBA (fulltime)
·
Experience
– 5 + years in similar capacity or Administration and coordination
·
Must
be capable of Multi-tasking
·
Must
be computer & net savvy
·
Ability
to work under pressure
·
Ability
to delegate, guide & motivate Juniors in the team accomplish tasks
·
Excellent
written and spoken skills in English, Best if having Spoken Hindi also
·
Strong
skills in relationship management
