About Our Client
 
Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of an USA based technology company engaged in design Services with subsidiaries in Germany and Japan. They have a good infrastructure and well-experienced R& D, Engineering and manufacturing team that can assist NPOL in all kinds of development Projects. In India, the major customers are from Defense Research Development Organization of Ministry of Defense, Government of India.
Job Location – Chennai

Desired Profile



a. Qualification: BE /B.Tech / Diploma, preferably in Electronics, Computer Science

b. Experience: 3 to 7 years in similar job function


c. Skills:

· Ability to resolve issue independently
· Maintain Electrical panels, fixtures & fittings in the building and campus
· Maintain Genset & UPS, TNEB coordination
· Maintenance of Air-condition , plumbing etc.
· Upkeep of office equipments like PC,Printer,Xerox ,EPABX,etc.
· Controlling and maintaining building access ,security & Car parking
· Vendor management – Day to day interaction, negotiation with suppliers & contractors to ensure cost effective procurement and prompt fulfillment
· Protection of asset, Ensuring prompt AMC of equipments
· Housekeeping – Maintain clean environment, supervise janitorial service, Ensure timely serving of beverages & snacks to staff
· Excellent communication skills
· Prompt reporting to management on day to day activities
