Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of an USA based technology company engaged in design Services with subsidiaries in Germany and Japan. They have a good infrastructure and well-experienced R& D, Engineering and manufacturing team that can assist NPOL in all kinds of development Projects. In India, the major customers are from Defense Research Development Organization of Ministry of Defense, Government of India.
Job Location – Chennai
Desired Profile
a. Qualification: CA, CA final
b. Experience: CA with 1 yr post qualification / CA final 3 - 5 years
c. Skills:
- Strong skills Tally 9.x
- Ability to Independently handle the Finalization of accounts
- Prepare analytical reports like sensitivity analysis, breakeven analysis, Ratio analysis and NPV, IRR and payback calculations.
- Good exposure to banking activities and relationship
- Preparation of MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.
- Filing of returns like TDS, Service Tax, VAT, Income tax etc., on time along with handling all reports, income tax and VAT assessments, compliances.
- Conversant in matters related to STPI, RBI ,FEMA & ROC
- Scrutinizing contracts for commercial terms and conditions for acceptance. Negotiating and following up with vendors
- Managing Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
- Exposure to overseeing Administration & HR
