supplier of equipments and products to industries in transportation and HVAC,
not only in India, but also abroad. Their exacting standards ensures that the
customers are fully satisfied which leads to repeat orders from them. They are
a major supplier to the Indian railways and have ambitious plans to expand
their array of products
Job Location – Oragadam, Chennai
Job Description
You
will be supporting the accounts manager in maintaining the accounts for
manufacturing unit. You will handle the general account area of AR, AP, GL, BRS
as well as taxation area namely GST and TDS. You will prepare MIS reports using
advance Excel for reporting to management.
Desired Profile
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 2+
years in Accounts dept. in a manufacturing company
Skills
- Strong hands on experience in Tally
- Maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger A/c etc.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement periodically (BRS)
- Making all Necessary entries for Accounts Receivables and Payable
- Age wise analysis of Creditors & Debtors
- Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors
- Preparing TDS and filling TDS Return
- Preparing and Filling of CGST / SGST / IGST (Since recently
introduced , Basic understanding ok)
- Good hands on knowledge skill in Excel; good in you have used
Vlookup, Hlookup, etc.
