Job Profile
Your responsibility will be to act as a
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Learning & Development Department.
In the process you will interact will all stake holders namely, Business
development Team, Client, L & D team, subject matter experts in the
faculty, etc. to ensure that the Learning and development module is developed
as per needs of the client and do all that is needed to ensure product is
developed, training delivered and the client is satisfied with the same.
Desired Profile
Qualification: Graduate, preferably with MBA from
a reputed institution
Experience: 4+ yrs as SPOC, Project
Coordinator, etc. Best if from L & D industry
Roles & Responsibilities
Seeking candidates who have the ability
handle the below mentioned responsibilities
·
To
interact with corporate clients/ L & D department for the execution of
corporate programs.
·
To interact with managers in L&D team of
corporates taking care of all their requirements for the smooth conduct of the
program.
·
Collect
participants profile, scheduling, sharing course outlines, booking
accommodation etc.,
·
To
interact with faculty in getting the course requirement s and all their
materials and cases before hand and circulate the same with participants well
in advance.
·
To
coordinate with resource center in getting the materials ready for the modules.
·
To
coordinate with admin in booking accommodation, taking care of logistic
requirements for the faculty and also any other requirement which may arise
from time to time.
·
To
coordinate with BPR and get all the collaterals ready for the program
(Inauguration and valedictory).
·
To
get the certificates ready for the valedictory of the program.
·
To
build a relationship with participants, HR team and all other guests of those
corporates and create a feeling of delight for them.
·
To
maintain good relationship with participants which helps them in getting future
business for the institute.
Desired Skills
·
High
level maturity and written and oral skills to deal with senior level
clients/faculty
·
Broad
understanding of various management concepts and ability to synthesis
identified needs into program me design
