global offices are delivered from India.
Job Description
You will be responsible for
the development and delivery of the Quality framework and manage quality
consistently across the entire teams in the Company. Perform transaction
monitoring and analyze findings to inform organization how quality is being
delivered. Set quality measurement metrics as per SLA parameters. Must be an On
Paper Quality Analyst.
Desired Profile
Qualification –
Any Degree, preferably M.COM, MBA Fin, ICWA
Experience – 5 +
yrs in Core Accounts working on SAP FICO, preferably in Freight forwarding Industry.
Skills

Must be an SAP FICO End User
·
Good
understanding of core accounting process
·
Good knowledge and experience in Core Accounting
·
Prepare process flow documents for existing
and new financial process
·
Responsible for the consistent documentation
of SOP across all processes
·
Support the management in conducting process
related audits.
·
Ensure adherence to feedback TAT / target
·
Ability to do a Root causes analysis and
action planning
·
Ability to create process checklists and set
controls for the processes
·
Take corrective actions against the Audit
reports by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency
Desired Skills
·
Must have done quality Audits in Finance and
Accounts
·
Identify the knowledge gaps, process gaps
& Language gaps and ensure documentation of the workflow process
·
Familiar with MS-Visio and excellent
experience of MS excel
·
Possess strong verbal and written
communication skills
·
Possess good analytical & reasoning
skills
