Job
profile
You will be responsible for handling direct
enquiries for offerings of the business school which will range from regular
Executive PGDBM programs to customized Management Development programs. You
will further build leads and handhold the same till conversion.
Desired
Profile
Qualification - Bachelor’s degree from a reputed
school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary
Experience – 3 + years of
Experience/Similar background will be an add on Good written and spoken English
and presentation skills
Desired Skills
·
Capable of Driving enquiries and admissions
for executive programs offered by Great Lakes.
·
Ability to Look after entire activities from
generation of leads till the conversion.
·
Aggressively Tracking leads and proactively
communicating to marketing team.
·
Capable of Counselling the students via call
, email or in person and suggesting the best course for them.
·
Deft in Updating and maintaining MIS reports.
·
Coordinating with marketing team to fine tune
marketing plans related to admissions and executing them.
·
Excellent Planning and execution of offline
events such as conferences, seminars or road shows
·
Excellent verbal, written & presentation skill in English
a must, Spoken Hindi is a nice to have
·
Hands on approach and good in Microsoft
Office – especially Excel, Power point and Word Enthusiastic, proactive,
flexible and constructive approach.
·
Strong inter-personal skills and relationship
management skills
·
Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a
keen eye on planning and execution
·
Strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and
positive attitude
