Agriculture Equipments; Auto Components ; Plastics. They have a chain of office
across India and dealers at grass root level for the products they deal in. They
are sole representatives in India for decades for a hand full of MNC brands.
Job Description
You
will be responsible for the pan India
Channel sales activity for Automotive chains. You will give direction and
leadership to the sales team and achieve market penetration; devise &
implement scheme ; achieve business objectives.
Desired Profile
Qualifications - Any degree, preferably BE Mechanical
Experience – 8 + years in channel sales from
Auto spare part market
Desired Skills
Candidate
should have the ability to handle the below mentioned functions
·
Excellent
understanding of two wheeler spare part market,
·
Managing & monitor
Distributors & Dealers and ensure
sales performance .
·
Plan and execute market
penetration and achieve wider product distribution and availability.
·
Achieve
sales volume targets and increase the product market share in the territory
through various sales promotion activities.
·
Ensure prompt collection
from market and keep a strong control on outstandings
·
Proficiency
in recruiting & guiding Distributor staff, monitoring
and reviewing their work for defined
levels of performance and ensuring high motivational level in team
·
Provide leadership to the team by leading by
example.
·
Track and counter
competition growth and marketing plans
·
Open to travelling Pan India
·
Hands on
Computer skills: Google search, Excel sheet ,word, PPT, etc.
