Job Location: Mysore
Your Role
You
will provide the necessary technical expertise and leadership in architecting
the organization’s software solutions/products. Lead the overall product
strategy , analysis, design and support the implementation of the architecture.
Regularly interact with clients or client facing members o define and fine-tune
the product roadmap while choosing the right technology matching organizational
and market needs.
Qualification – BE -Computer
Science will be the best fit
Experience
·
8 + yrs in software
design, development and implementation
·
2-3 years of
experience in architecting and developing end-to-end web/cloud based software
application.
·
Worked in IT
startups a plus
Responsibilities
·
Evaluate current
technology and tools stack and recommend a suitable stack for development of
our product /solution
·
Design and
formulate minimum viable products in early stages
·
Design and develop
proof of concepts/prototypes ,solution frameworks, models and critical
components.
·
Architect solutions
to implement functional and non-functional requirements.
·
Proactively evolve
product / service architecture to meet target market an quality goals
·
Drive product
quality through Agile practices, CI, Code and Design review
·
Develop and
advocate standard and best practices for technology implementation
·
Develop team capability
by identifying needs, hiring, training / coaching and best practice sharing
·
Experimenting with
trend technologies and tools to keep our products afresh
Technical Skill
·
Experience of
designing and building web / cloud based applications is mandatory
·
Expertise in object
oriented design, design patterns, data structures and algorithms
·
Knowledge of latest
& emerging technology trends including cloud, mobile computing (Android
& iOS)
·
Excellent coding
skills with ability to drive refactoring exercises
·
Exposure to
complete product development cycle ( inception to production), scaling up,
supporting new requirements & architecting
·
Good knowledge
,understanding & experience of working with a variety of multi-tier / SOA
architectures with knowledge of pitfalls & uses cases for a variety of
solutions.
·
Demonstrated
development & architecting experience of functional cloud based projects.
·
Enterprise Java
frameworks such as Java EE, Spring, Hibenate
·
Web technologies :
HTML 5 , JavaScript, CSS 3.0
·
Experience in developing
solutions using one or more of the stacks : LAMP, MEAN and Ruby on Rails
·
System Intergation
skills : SOA SOAP, REST
·
Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL,
NoSQL, such as MongoDB, Hbase, CouchDB and Redis
·
Possess good verbal
and written communication skills
·
Experience of
succeeding in a group environment and ability to lead technical projects in
addition to being a critical / dependable technical resource
·
Experience in
mentoring a team members
