Job Description

You will be responsible for the Supply Chain Management of the company and hence will be responsible for  procurement, vendor management, Logistics,etc.   of the company  with a KRA  to ensure prompt supply of quality materials for achieving  cost effective production, efficient management of inventory and  logistics so as to achieve the production and  financial  objectives of the company.

Desired Profile

Qualification – BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics / EEE / ECE / E&I) graduate

Experience – 5 + years of experience in either Automation / Automobile / Ancillary Industry

Skills

·         Must possess  strong Techno-commercial skills

·         Strong in Purchasing, Inventory Control, Forecasting, warehousing, transportation and other areas

·         Deft in Managing  vendor relationships

·         Ability to  Manage and / or execute procurement related functions (e.g., develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts, etc.)

·         Identify and manage risk within the supply chain

·         Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business

·         Efficiently Manage contractor and subcontractor activities, review proposals, develop performance specifications, and serve as a liaison with the organizations

·         Monitor and liquidate Non / Slow Moving items

·         Ability to implement current market trends and concepts

·         Capable of exhibiting leadership skills by leading from the front & drive team performance

·         Good communication skills in English .

·         Good in using MS office tools i.e,. Word,Excel,etc.

·         Best if has hands on Experience in using SAP modules
