Job Description
You will predominantly engage in recruitment
of women employees including lady
operators and supervisors. You will also
be responsible for fulfillment of Statutory Requirement towards engagement of
lady employees, taking care of their welfare, monitoring hostels, anti-sexual
harassment committee, etc. You Should be able to closely interact, monitor, Counsel
and mentor them.
Desired Profile
Qualification
– MLM/MSW (Regular)
Experience
- 3 - 5 yrs Experience in HR
Desired Skills
· Good Exposure in Recruitment
•
Ability
to handle Lady employees
•
Strong understanding of issues related to
stay/hostel, transportation, harassment issues etc.,
• Must have
Good Communication and ability to motivate
•
Experience in handling statutory Compliance towards engagement of lady employees
•
Exposure to CSR Work
• Ability to handle other HR work as assigned from time to time
