Job Description

You will be responsible for the technical training activities of the company. You will Build a robust training calendar which will encompass training of new employees both experienced & freshers, as well as existing employee in the area of TQM methods & practices . Further, you will also engage in audits for training in the areas of QMS ,TS 16949,Customer Audit,etc..

Desired Profile

Education & Experience

·         BE Mechanical (Regular) with 8 + years Experience

·         DME (Regular ) with 16 + years Experience

Desired Experience

·         Competency Mapping and skills matrix knowledge as per TQM method.

·         Knowledge of Machining and grinding and modern manufacturing techniques.

·         Identify Training needs and prepare training calendar.

·         Arrange and conduct training to operators and supervisors on different topics.

·         Prepare document and represent different audits related to training for QMS,TS 16949,Customer Audit, etc.

·         Plan and facilitate for Sr. Management people’s training.

·         Take care of Plus two trainees induction, align them with Group culture and close monitoring.

·         Well versed with different Training techniques
