Job Description

You will be engaged in a large machine shop environment where you will be involved in assessment ,selection & commissioning of CNC,VMC,HMC & SPM machines. You will be responsible for the programming, setting process & time scale monitoring of these machines in the machine shop. Further , you will be required to document all the above activities

Desired Profile

Education

·         BE Mechanical (regular) with 3 to 11 + yrs Experience

·         DME (Regular ) with 10 +yrs Experience

Desired Experience

Experience in Automobile / Auto ancillary companies  specializing in Machining  in either of the area as given below

•        Experience with VMC/HMC/Turning Centres Broaching, Metal Cutting Grinding

•        General Grinding like Cylindrical Grinding, or Surface Grinding

•         I'd Grinding Profile Grinding or high frequency grinding Skill specific to Fuel injection segment would be Contamination, Heat Treatment etc.,

Desired Skills

·         Hands on Experience in CNC,VMC,SPM Machining Process

·         Machine Selection, Purchasing, Commissioning

·         CNC Programming & setting

·         Process Establishment

·         Time Scale monitoring on the Schedules

·         Tooling/ Gauging  Designing ability

·         Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts

·         Documentation
