HR Manager – Corporate Services : Statutory Compliance; Client Relationship

Our client is belongs to a large Chennai based group of companies. They are a leading end to end Corporate Solutions Company with a focus on Compliance Audit, Establishment Compliance Management, Factory Compliance Management, Contract Labour Regulation, Flexi Staffing, Payroll Services, Payroll Compliance Services & Recruitment Services to Client Organizations. They have a national presence covering 30 states and distinguished list of clients, predominantly MNC’s, across all segments.

Job Description

You will be responsible for a SBU focusing on a specific subject matter regarding Statutory Compliance.  You will be required  to constantly stay in touch with  key accounts in the given territory  by periodically visiting the clients and build strong relationship with them.  In the process you will address any issues and shortcomings and satisfy the clients needs, thus evolving as the ambassador of the company. You will  in the process also explore other business opportunities with the client and enhance the spectrum of engagements with them so as to improve  revenue generation. You will be supported by a team of  line managers/Team Leads and Jr Executives. You will be expected to give direction and leadership to this team and ensure their optimal performance,

Desired profile

Qualification

 Any Graduate, PG in HR/Marketing/Law  would be a nice to have.

Experience

·         Most Preferred: Ex Servicemen from IAF currently engaged in an HR role

OR

·         10 + years experience in handling various  Compliance like Labour Law Factory Act, Shop &  Establishment  Act, Contract Labour Act (CLRA ),Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, PF,ESI etc.

Desire Skills

·         Excellent Relationship  / networking capability

·         Provide subject matter guidance to the  client

·         Excellent Man Management Skills

·         Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead from the front

·         Proficient   in client relationship activities

·         Excellent communication skills in English & Local language

·         Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage.

·         Open to travelling across Maharashtra
