produce wet brake , wet clutch system, Friction Disc etc. for automobile industry

Job Profile
You will be responsible for organizational
structure, policies, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement
quality management. Hence you will be responsible for implementation of Quality
Management System (QMS), ISO / TS16949,LPA,etc so as to bring about a
structured production process to achieve quality production, efficient operations and
customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile
Qualification - Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience 3 + years of
experience in similar position in Manufacturing, preferably in Auto Industry
Skills
·
System
Implementation & Documentation of
ISO / TS 16949
·
Conducting
the Layered Process Audit (LPA ) and counter measure follow up for audit
findings.
·
Conducting
Product / Process / System audit in line with ISO / TS 16949: 2009
requirements.
· On job training to operators and Quality
system awareness training to all
·
Maintaining
for 3C and 5S and other continuous improvement activities at Quality function
area.
·
Monthly
In house Non Conformance & Supplier Performance monitoring to management.
·
Continual
improvement of manufacturing process through process and poke yoke audit
·
Preparation
of Process Flow diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan, process check sheets and
inspection standards for weld Assemblies components with core team.
·
Preparation
of Quality related PPAP Documents & submission to Customer.
·
Product
validation test planning, verification and submission.
·
Analyzing
the customer complaints through 8D, Fish Bone diagram, WHY WHY, 5 W 1 H analysis and Corrective Action Report
submission to customer along with core team.
·
Conducting
vendor process audits to verify adherence to Quality Management System.
·
Verification
of Supplier QIR & Corrective Action Report for Incoming & In house Non
Conformance
Others
