About the Job
The incumbent will
head the operations for all the units situated in Nigeria & Ghana . This will entail the responsibility of Production, Procurement,
Finance, Manpower & Marketing . This position reports directly to the
Managing Director.

Education

BE,
preferably Mechanical / DME
o

if having Post Diploma in Plastic Moulding from GTTC / CIPET / NTTF
·
Experience – 18 + years of
experience of which last 5 yrs must be
in a Sr. Management Position

Injection
Mould Design,3D / 2D Part
Validation
o
Unigraphics
/ Solid Works / Auto Cad
o
Injection
Moulding Process
o
Hands
on experience in plastic product /components at production level

Managerial Skills

Strong
in Production management skills & concepts like Kaizen,JIT,S4,TQM,

Commercial
skills in procurement & vendor development / management

Good
understanding of costing & Finance
