Description
You will be
responsible for coordination and interaction between clients & back office
team to obtain documentation,
information, etc needed to fulfill the services of payroll processing and statutory compliance
services rendered to the clients. You
will be expected to maintain & nurture good customer relationship and
maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
Desired
profile
- Experience – 2 + years , Ladies
back to work after a break will
also be considered.
- Qualification - Any Graduate
- Skills needed
- Good communication in English
& Tamil, good to have Hindi .
- Ability to face client
interaction and maintain good relationship
- Excellent ability to multi-task
and coordinate
- Good skills in MS Word with proficiency
in excel sheet
- Must be Internet savvy
