Our client is a US based 50 yrs old MNC engaged in Agrifoods solutions that help preserve food and maintain freshness in a natural way that protect food from oxidation, change in color, flavor, odor etc. Added to this they are also into solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Considering the huge potential for such products, especially in developing countries like India, the company is posed to grow in leaps and bounds.

Job Description

• The primary function is to assist in formulation of HR strategies ,implements and evaluates ongoing HR policies, functions and activities.
• Assists in managing Performance Appraisal, Employee Relations & Engagement, Competency Framework, Career Progression & Succession Planning, HR Systems & Process Improvements.
• Facilitates the creation of a work culture which values, promotes and supports inclusive attitudes, behaviors and systems respectful of all individuals allowing all team members of the company to achieve maximum performance.
• Assesses staff training requirements and creates programs to meet career development needs.
• Assist with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse work force for the organization. Responsible for implementation of the strategic and daily administration of HR services including recruitment and selection, termination, promotions, transfers, relocations, contract negotiation and administration, statutory compliance, job classification, performance evaluation and employee relations in accordance with quality management principles and overall objectives of the organization.
• Develop, prepare, generate and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to employee personnel information and date, including but limited to issues such as benefits costs, staffing levels/deployment, turnover, recruitment, applicant tracking, compensation, promotions, etc. Effectively utilize the data processing system to obtain, store and analyze pertinent data and information.
• As directed, participate in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations problems, anticipate problems whenever possible and develop, recommend and initiate appropriate steps of resolution.
• Should be able to deal with employees on very sensitive matters. It is critical that this position be able to interact well with all levels of employees. Some situations will require this person to deal with highly emotional issues and conflict resolution.


Desired Profile

• MBA (HR ) / MSW , full time regular course a must
• 5 to 7 yrs experience in a Manufacturing industry or Corporate office (non –IT Industry )
• Candidate must have similar experience /exposure as detailed above in the Job description.


Others

Remuneration will be at par with Industry standards and will not be a constrain for the right candidate.
