Job Description

You will be responsible for recruitment of technical and non technical professions for the various openings in the company. You will also spearhead the campus recruitment strategy where in you will be involved in creating video content for presenting to the youngsters so as to identify and recruit budding talent.

Desired Profile

Qualification – Any Degree with MBA / MSW in HR

Experience -  2 to 4 yrs in similar position, preferably in IT industry

Desired Skills

·         Good Exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle

·         Experience in handling IT recruitment will be best fit

·         Ability to identify the effective source for various technical and non technical profile

·         Capable of Planning  and Executing  the recruitment process

·         Strong presentation skills using various multimedia tools & deliver content at campus drives

·         Excellent communication skills in English .

·         Capable of Handling Training sessions
