well-experienced R& D, Engineering and manufacturing team that can assist
NPOL in all kinds of development Projects. In India, the major customers are
from Defense Research Development Organization of Ministry of Defense, Government
of India.
Job Profile
·
Soldering of prototype and production
boards.
·
Replacement of BGA components in
Rework station
·
Basic checking of boards for solder
ability
·
Maintenance of Soldering equipments
and related material.
·
Visit to customers place in case any
on site soldering is required.
Desired Profile
Experience – 5+ years in soldering of
components- all type of packages.
Qualification – IT in Electronics
Desired
Skills
·
Experience in Soldering of SMD
components
·
De-soldering and soldering of miniature SMD ICs in all packages.
·
Experience in working with Rework
station for BGA components
·
Maintenance of Soldering and
soldering related equipments
