Job Description
The incumbent will be
responsible for Sales and Customer support for the freight forwarding operations of the Hyderabad
branch. He will drive the operations team
to ensure efficient delivery of services. Provide strong leadership and
guidance in matters relating to Customs duty ,Import & export rules ,
regulations procedures etc. Should also
indulge in customer relationship & support activities. Work closely with
sales team and support in closing cargo bookings & other logistics services
and drive towards achieving the branch sales.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Any Degree
Experience – 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Operations in shipping /
Freight forwarding industry
Desired Skills
·
Capable of taking on the responsibilities of
sales and Customer support of the branch
·
Proficient in Ocean Cargo freight forwarding operations
·
Good understanding of Integrated Logistics
services
·
Experience in handling Customs & CHA subject matter
·
Excellent man management skills
·
Good Commercial sense – ability to negotiate
with agents, Shipping liners, NVOCC, clients
·
Ability to resolve client issues
·
Ability to drive sales team & lead from
the front.
·
Good coordination capability with ,customer
support, accounts, clients, shipper, etc
·
Excellent written and verbal communication in
English & Telugu . Good if you speak Hindi.
·
Must be computer & net savvy
