Job
Profile
Your responsibility will be to work in tandem
with the business development team to build and deliver Learning &
development modules for corporate clients. In the process, you will interact
with corporate clients, engage in requirement gathering, interact with various
stake holders and ensure that the product is developed & delivered and the client is satisfied with the same.

Profile
Qualification : Graduate with
MBA or PG from at least a tier II B School
Experience : 8+ yrs from L
& D industry
Roles
& Responsibilities
·
To
interact with corporate clients/customer facing BD managers and understand
their needs w.r.t Learning and development
·
To
translate these needs into programme modules in discussion with academic
faculty
·
To
prepare and submit comprehensive proposals to clients and work with BD team to
win contracts
·
Manage
all faculty related and client related interactions all the way upto programme
delivery and payment realization and client satisfaction
·
Coordinate
with all other internal stakeholders like marketing, admin for necessary
support.
