Job Description

You will be a HR Generalist engaged in recruitment, Post recruitment activities, Statutory compliance, etc. You will be assisting the HR Manager in other activities like MIS, T & D, etc. Apart from this you will be responsible for Housekeeping, Travel, Scheduling meetings, etc. 

Desired Profile

Qualification – Any Degree preferably MBA / PGDBM in HR

Experience – 3+ years in HR from Manufacturing sector

Skills

·         Excellent communication in English

·         Good exposure to Recruitment, Induction & Retention

·         Must have handled ESI, PF, PT, CLRA Act & Factory Act

·         Exposure to General administration – Ticket booking, Housekeeping, Scheduling Meetings, etc.

·         Employee Engagement & Relation

·         MIS preparation – Good in Excel sheet
