Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and hence deliver solutions like, ERP,
CRM, SCM, BI, etc.
Job Profile
The person in this position will be the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project stakeholders. He / She will have
strong communication, coordination, documentation and reporting skills with
ability to efficiently use suitable PMO tools, metrics, etc. to support the
project manager & management to ensue the smooth progress of the projects.
Desired Profile
Qualification:
Diploma
/ BE / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE,
Experience:
5 +
years Experience in technical /project coordination
Desired
Skills
·
Must have good technical frame of mind to
understand product technicalities
·
Good documentation skills in preparing RFQ, RFP,
Tenders, Project reports, Collaterals, etc.
·
Be the Single Point of Contact ( SPOC )
between Sales Team ,Product Devp Team & Client
·
Having strong exposure to metrics to assess project progress & performance
·
Hands on Experience in using project
management tools like MS Project, etc.
·
Organizing weekly/monthly review meetings
·
Strong in MIS reporting to all stakeholders
on progress, shortcomings, budgets, Timeline, Risk, etc
·
Must have good English communication skills,
both spoken and written
·
Excellent hands on experience in MS office:
Word, Advance Excel, Power Point, etc.
