About Our Client

Our client is a Chennai based group of companies engaged in marine industry for the past 50 years with 14 branches in maritime states of India with  a network of 43 Dealers and 120 Authorised Service Centres . They are sole representatives for decades for a hand full of MNC  brands supplying Marine engines, lubes and other items  to the marine industry. They also have dealership for two wheelers and cars. 

Job Location : Kollam

Desired Profile

Qualifications  - Any degree, preferably MBA

Experience – 2 to 5 years experience in auto industry / FMCG / Insurance

Desired Skills

·                     Ability to manage and mentor  a sales team to achieve the business objectives

·                     Capable of Planning and taking counter actions on monthly basis on Stock vs sales

·                     Review the team performance and implement actions to ensure productivity.

·                     Manage sub-dealers , allocate vehicles ,Monitor their sales.

·                     Monthly Reports to management : sales,stocks,collection,etc.
