They are  a leading end to end Corporate Solutions Company with a focus on Compliance Audit, Establishment Compliance Management, Factory Compliance Management, Contract Labour Regulation, Flexi Staffing, Payroll Services , Payroll Compliance Services & Recruitment Services to Client Organizations. They have  a national presence covering 30 states and distinguished list of clients, predominantly MNC’s, across all segments.

Job Location - Madurai

Qualification – BE / MCA / Any degree

Experience - 6 + years in Java / J2EE projects

Skills Stack

·         Technology : J2EE,JavaScript,XML,HTML,PL/SQL,JBoss Drools,Spring framework,Struts,MVC

·         Platform : Windows, Unix

·         Database : SQL Server, Oracle (Nice to have)

·         Web servers : Apache Tomcat, Jboss

·         Tools : JDeveloper, JBuilder, IntelliJ, WSAD ,Eclipse, Rational Rose, Agile Methodology

·         Version Control :CVS ,VSS

Desired Skills

·         Provide technical guidance to the team, predominantly on the Java/J2EE front.

·         Ability to actively participate in complex design / technical issues.

·         Extensive experience in SDLC, executing  projects, handling team and client support

·         Performing requirement analysis, provide design solutions and implement design patterns like Value Objects, Singleton, etc.

·         Developing business methods and utility classes.

·         Preparing Unit Test Cases and provide Quality Assurance support.
