Job location : Chennai

Job Profile

You will be engaged in Project Planning  for acquiring  IT infrastructure management services as an outsourced activity . You will prepare full scale project plan that will cover requirement gathering; scope of services to be delivered ; resources needed; time line;QA:Project budget; hand hold implementation team; Periodical reports to stakeholders.

Desired Profile

Qualification - Any Degree with ITIL V3 certificate, B.Tech / Dip / preferably B.E .

Experience – 5+ years of relevant experience

Skills  

     ·         Lead the planning and implementation of project

     ·         Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables  

     ·         Define project tasks and resource requirements

     ·         Develop full scale project plans

     ·         Assemble and coordinate project staff

     ·         Manage project budget

     ·         Manage project resource allocation

     ·         Plan and schedule project timelines

     ·         Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

     ·         Provide direction and support to project team

     ·         Quality assurance

     ·         Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

     ·         Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

     ·         Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

     ·         Project evaluations and assessment of results

     ·         Good written & verbal communication skill. Willing to work with any shifts. Willing to travel.

     ·         Qualification in project management & equivalent.

     ·         Theoretical and practical knowledge in project management.

     ·         Knowledge of techniques and tools & IT infrastructure management.

     ·         Direct work experience in project management.

     ·         Proven experience in people management, strategic management, risk management, chance    management.
