Description
You will be
responsible for set of key accounts in the given territory and fulfill their
statutory compliance matters relating to the entire gambit of Industrial Law, i.e., Labour Law, Factories
Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, Contracts Regulations(Abolishment) Act
(CLRA),etc ..You will provide leadership to team of Managers, Team Leads and Jr. compliance executives located at various
client locations. You must ensure proper
periodical compliance fulfillment and
send periodical MIS reports to HO on
these activities. Must be able to foster good client relationship , monitor resource
and ensure fulfillment of statutory compliance .
Desired
profile
Qualification
·
Any Graduate with excellent exposure to Labour law.
·
Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA in Labour Law.
Experience
12+
years experience in handling various Statutory Compliance like Labour Law
Factory Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, CLRA, Labour Welfare Fund, PF,ESI, etc.
Skills Required
·
Ability to lead the team from the front &
ensure prompt fulfillment
·
Provide subject matter guidance to the team /
client
·
Excellent Relationship / networking capability
·
Excellent communication skills in English & Local Language
·
Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel,
word, PPT & internet usage.
